On your scheduled cook day, we will grocery shop and arrive at your house with all the fresh, hand-selected ingredients, cookware, and utensils needed. All you need to provide is a kitchen sink, stove, oven, and some space in your refrigerator and freezer.

 

If necessary, we will prepare, package, and label all the meals and store them in high-quality, disposable containers for the ultimate in convenience.
